6 APC Supporters Reportedly Injured in PHALGA Campaign Rally Held in Port Harcourt

All Progressive Congress held their LGA election in PHALGA. The campaign which witnessed major APC party faithful’s, and it’s Governorship aspirant Pastor Toney Patrick Cole

The campaign witness low turnout at start, experienced a different atmosphere along the line.

“Unknown gunmen opened fired from an unknown location. The gunfire which caused panic, got 6 APC members injured”

The APC faithful’s present includes

Emeka Beke Rivers State APC Party Chairman

Dr Ndubisi Nwankwo APC Senatorial flag Bearer

Victor Tombari Gideon APC Deputy flag bearer

According to the party chairman, Emeke Beke, all flag bearers are approved candidate by the party for 25th February Nigerian election

In an opening remark, from Mr Emeka Beke,

“Once All Progressive Congress wins the governorship election, our In coming governor, Pastor Toney Patrick Cole, has promise to train 10,000 youths, women and men. They will be trained overseas. Seed capital would be given to beneficiary’s after program completion, to establish themselves. The All Progressive Congress State Chairman highlighted that the aim of the program, is for the graduates to also employ more people into their business.

APC chairman Emeka Beka also presented flags to Dr Ndubisi Nwankwo, Sir Collins Iwunda. All from PHALGA and would be Representing the party in senatorial position.

Sir Mr Felix and Mr Ruben Ruben received the flags for House of Representative. The party chairman, Emeka Beke charged them to go and win their polling zones.

The campaign was held in PHALGA

Victor Tombari Gideon was also present, according to Gideon, APC won the Governorship election in 2015 under our Governorship aspirant Dakuku Peterside, but was rigged by PDP, in 2019 our party would have won the election under the leadership of Pastor Toney Cole, PDP and Governor Wike used tugs to chase us from exercising our rights.

“This 2023 they used all powers from tribunal to bring us down, but they have failed”

The campaign witnessed another tensed atmosphere after the 6 APC members were injured.

It happened when Victor Gideon was making his speech, another gunfire from an unknown direction, but Gideon continued his speech, telling the audience to inform those who are behind the gunfire to go and buy more bullets, that APC is ready for them come 25th of February 2023

“The bullet, they are shooting is too small and we won’t be afraid of them”

Victor Gideon further encourage Rivers People to vote for Architect Toney Cole as Governor of Rivers State, for robust development.

After Gideon was done with his speech, he made welcome the APC Governorship flag bearer Pastor Toney Cole to PHALGA supporters and they all welcomed him.

The APC Governorship aspirant narrated how investors are leaving the states, because of the bad leadership of Governor wike.

Toney Patrick Cole who is known for using the Pitakwa native language, told Rivers People that he wept when he passed through fruit garden and saw market women crying because their shops gutted fire, I had to stop and sympathize with the women and gave them money to help them during their tough time.

“According to Toney Patrick, Governor wike built a shop and locked it up, for no one to have access to it again. This is very bad and that is why we are here to let you know that we go run em”
