Gov Siminalayi Fubara Pays An inspection visit to the State Secretariat.
As part of his determination to improve service delivery the Governor toured the State Secretariat this morning. It was indeed a reassuring visit which elicited excitement from the civil servants.
According to the newly elected Governor, Sir Siminalayi Fubara, said the key mandate of his administration is to serve the interest of Rivers people with a deep sense of responsibility and commitment.

I want to assure all the leaders and elders of Rivers State that I will not be distracted in the discharge of my official functions as Governor of the state.

On behalf of the government and people of Rivers State I thank God for the former governor for his meritorious service to the state. I’m happy that my principal ended his tenure well. In governance you can’t please everybody, but you must do your best to dispense good governance to the people.
