Jonny Evans has signed a one-year deal at Manchester United until June 2024.
Hudson-Odoi joins Forest for just £5m
Nottingham Forest have sealed the signing of Callum Hudson-Odoi for a cut-price fee of about £5m. Hudson-Odoi has signed a three-year contract with Forest. The 22-year-old reunites with Steve Cooper, whom he worked with when England lifted the Under-17 World Cup in 2017.
Hudson-Odoi’s arrival also talks to the expected departure of forwardBrennan Johnson, who is poised to join Tottenham in a deal worth about £45m. Forest also want to signIbrahim Sangarefrom PSV Eindhoven before the window shuts.
“It’s a new chapter for me,” Hudson-Odoi said. “I know a couple of the boys already which was a big thing for me, and I obviously know the manager well, so it’s nice to be here and see familiar faces around.”
