Germany and Argentina Reaches U-17 Semifinals
The U-17 World Cup has been an exciting tournament thus far, with many talented young players showcasing their skills on the global stage. Two teams that have stood out in particular are Germany and Argentina, who have both reached the semifinal stage.
Germany has been dominant throughout the tournament, winning all of their matches so far. Led by captain and star midfielder, they have impressed with their high-pressing style of play and clinical finishing in front of goal.
Argentina defeated Brazil 3-0 in the quarterfinal encounter at Jakarta International Stadium.
Germany had earlier defeated Spain 1-0 to book their place in the Last-4.
Argentina, on the other hand, has had a more difficult path to the semifinals. After losing their opening match to Spain, they bounced back with wins over Cameroon and Tajikistan. In the quarterfinals, they faced off against a tough opponent Spain, but managed to come out on top thanks to a late goal from Paris Josua.
