The FALA is an award recognition of young vibrant youths, who has contributed immensely in the society, build community of like minds and bringing solutions to African problems. The host of FALA is Pastor Chris Oyekhilome DS DD and founder of believers love world and President of FALA. The Chairman of the occasion is Former President of Nigeria His Excellence Olusegun Obasanjo. The Award is held annually on New Year Eve. The 2023 FALA marks the 11th edition.

Each of the winners goes home with $10,000. After each winners are announced, the winner of the Star Prize Award goes home with additional sum of $25,000.
The winner of the 2023 star prize of African Leaders Award is Mairama from Sierra Leone, she was announced by the former President of Malawi, Joyce Hilda.
Mairama generated 2000 jobs opportunities in Sierra Leone. Her dedication in Agriculture, lead her to empower 500 young women’s. Mairama has 50 hectares of Rice and the highest in Sierra Leone.
