Bertrand Traore Late Penalty Gives Burkina Faso Victory Against Mauritania

Burkina Faso started there AFCON 2023 campaign with a win against Mauritania. The goal came from a late minute penalty awarded to Burkina Faso, thanks to Bertrand Traore who sends the goalkeeper to a wrong direction to register a late goal.

Mauritania start the first half, with 6 goals on target, they continued to put more pressure on Burkina Faso, but Mauritania couldn’t convert their opportunities into a goal.
