US Releases Image Of Crash Site Of Wigwes Death

In an unfolding story, the US authorities have released a picture of the crash site that claimed the life of Access Holding Chief Executive Officer Herbert Wigwe. In the pictures released, two officials from the United State National Transportation Safety Board (NTSB) were seen inspecting the wreckage of the crash plane.

The crash, involving Wigwe, his wife Doreen, their son Chizi Wigwe, and former Nigerian Exchange Group Chairman Abimbola Ogunbanjo, occurred near the California-Nevada border close to Halloran Springs.

The incident took the lives of the four passengers and two crew members on board on Friday, February 9.

The images were made public subsequent to statements from Michael Graham, an NTSB board member, confirming the agency’s site visit and outlining the investigative activities conducted on the initial full day of examination at the accident scene.

These photos show NTSB officials meticulously observing the wreckage at the location. Graham underscored the agency’s dedication to a thorough investigation of the scene, detailing aerial drone mapping and documentation of the wreckage. Additionally, various electronic devices and onboard equipment were recovered for further analysis.
