A viral video has captured the Chief of Staff of Etche Promise Nwankwo leading thugs to destroy the thanksgiving ceremony of Governor Siminalayi Fubara at Afara Etche.
However the Etche Local Government Chairman has denied the allegation that he sent his Chief Officer Promise Nwankwo to destroy the ceremony at Afara Etche.
