Police Investigate Killing Of Police Inspector Along Eliozu Flyover in Port Harcourt
Police say they are investigating the killing of a police inspector by gunmen along the Eliozu Flyover in Port Harcourt on Wednesday night. The Public Relations Officer of the Rivers State Police Command, Grace Iringe Koko, tells our correspondent that one of its operatives was attacked and killed by hoodlums.
She said the police officer lost his life while conducting a stop and search in the area. SP Koko said the police retaliated, resulting in the death of one of the hoodlums.
