Gov. Fubara Launches Health Insurance Contributory Scheme

Governor Fubara has indeed launched the Rivers State Health Insurance Scheme, also known as the State’s Contributory Health Insurance Protection Programme (CHIPP). This significant event took place on April 15, 2024, marking a milestone in the state’s commitment to providing accessible and affordable healthcare to its residents.
