Megan Thee Stallion ‘Forced Employee To Watch Her Having Sex’
In a shocking turn of events, Megan Thee Stallion, the 29-year-old hip-hop star, finds herself embroiled in a legal battle with a former employee. Emilio Garcia, a personal cameraman who worked for Megan Thee Stallion, has filed a lawsuit against her, alleging a series of disturbing incidents that took place while he was on the job. Garcia claims that Megan Thee Stallion subjected him to sexual harassment, fat-shaming, and failed to pay him properly, violating numerous labor codes in the process.
The controversy stems from an incident that took place in June 2022, during a tour in Ibiza, Spain. Garcia alleges that Megan Thee Stallion forced him to watch her engage in sexual activity with another woman while they were in a moving vehicle. This incident left Garcia feeling “embarrassed, mortified, and offended,” and it is a central part of his lawsuit.
Garcia also claims that Megan Thee Stallion created a hostile work environment, with instances of fat-shaming and other forms of harassment. He states that after the incident in Ibiza, Megan Thee Stallion told him to never discuss what he saw, and she began treating him differently. Garcia alleges that his work for Megan Thee Stallion abruptly ended in June 2023, after he was informed his services were no longer needed.
Garcia is seeking financial damages for unpaid wages, interest on the unpaid wages, unpaid wages at overtime wage rates, and other employee benefits. He is also requesting restitution and legal fees. Megan Thee Stallion’s attorney, Alex Spiro, has responded to the lawsuit, stating, “This is an employment claim for money — with no sexual harassment claim filed and with salacious accusations to attempt to embarrass her.”
This lawsuit comes after Megan Thee Stallion was previously involved in a high-profile legal case where she was the victim of a shooting by rapper Tory Lanez, who was sentenced to 10 years in prison for the crime.
Megan Thee Stallion has not yet publicly responded to the allegations made by Garcia.
