Former President Goodluck Jonathan Arrives Port Harcourt to Flag Off Trans Kalabari Road

Former President Goodluck Jonathan has arrived in Port Harcourt to flag off the Trans Kalabari Road project. This event is part of the first anniversary of the administration of Governor Siminalayi Fubara, who took the oath of office on May 29. The administration has approved N222.1 billion for the construction of the road, which is expected to be completed in 32 months. The flag-off ceremony is scheduled to take place at Nkpor-Akar junction in Rumuolemini, Obio-Akpor local government area of Rivers State. It’s a significant occasion, as the road will traverse the three Kalabari local government areas of Akuku-Toru, Asari-Toru, and Degema, and other contiguous areas, enhancing connectivity and development in the region.
