Rob Schneider Booted Mid-Set From Another Stage After Attendees Walk Out

Rob Schneider was recently removed from the stage during a charity event in Canada after attendees walked out of his performance. The event, which was a fundraiser for the Hospitals of Regina Foundation, took place at the Conexus Arts Centre in Regina.

According to reports, Schneider’s set included jokes about vaccines, women, and transgender people, which were deemed inappropriate by some attendees. At least one attendee, Tynan Allan, expressed confusion about how the foundation could have booked Schneider without knowing the nature of his material.

The Hospitals of Regina Foundation issued a statement apologizing for Schneider’s performance, stating that his content did not align with the values of the organization. The foundation also said that a decision was made mid-set to end his performance earlier than intended, to which Schneider agreed and immediately left the stage.

This is not the first time Schneider has been removed from the stage during a performance. Last year, he was similarly yanked offstage at a Republican networking event after making it through less than a third of his set. At least one lawmaker walked out of the room during his performance, and the host cut him off.

Schneider has been vocal about his political views and has been critical of liberal policies in states like California. He has also been more embraced by conservative audiences thanks to his vocal criticism of vaccine mandates and liberal policies.

Despite the controversy, Schneider has maintained that he did not have his set cut short and was paid $50,000 for his appearance. He has also said that he will continue to perform and tell the jokes that some are “whining about.”
