Nollywood actress Iyabo Ojo has responded to accusations made by activist VeryDarkMan regarding her attendance at Davido’s wedding ceremony. The controversy began when VeryDarkMan publicly claimed that Iyabo Ojo was only invited to the after-party of the wedding and not the main event.

In response, Iyabo Ojo took to her Instagram to share evidence of her invitation and moments spent with Davido and Chioma at the wedding, refuting VeryDarkMan’s allegations. Her daughter, Priscilla Ojo, also came to her defense, sharing a post on Instagram that read, “If you know you didn’t sleep in prison this year, raise your hands in the comment section.”

VeryDarkMan did not back down, responding with further derogatory comments and insinuations against both Priscilla and her mother. The situation escalated as the two continued to exchange words on social media.

Iyabo Ojo’s partner, Paul O, also weighed in on the controversy, stating, “Either me or VeryDarkMan. You need to make a decision.” This suggests that the tension between Iyabo Ojo and VeryDarkMan may have broader implications.
