In a dramatic turn of events, popular social media activist VeryDarkBlackMan (VDM) has found himself embroiled in a heated legal battle with Prophet Jeremiah Omoto Fufeyin, the founder of Christ Mercyland Deliverance Ministry. The clash stems from VDM’s bold move to test the efficacy of Prophet Jeremiah’s miracle water, which the clergyman claims can cure poverty, suffering, and bring wealth to its users.

VDM, who has been vocal about his skepticism regarding the miracle products, took matters into his own hands by purchasing a significant amount of the miracle water and visiting a community of physically challenged individuals in Abuja. In a viral video, VDM can be seen applying the miracle water to a group of blind and deaf individuals, only to find that it had no effect on their conditions.

The activist’s actions did not sit well with Prophet Jeremiah, who responded by filing a lawsuit against VDM, seeking a staggering N1 billion in damages and a restraining order to silence the outspoken critic. Undeterred by the legal threat, VDM vowed to challenge the lawsuit in court, promising to bring 800 deaf people, 700 blind people, and 36 women seeking the fruit of the womb to the courtroom.

“I am coming to the Court with 800 Deaf People, 700 Blind People, and 36 women who are looking for the fruit of the womb, you must use your healing water and soap to heal all of them in front of the Judge,” VDM declared in a video that has since gone viral.

In response to the controversy, Prophet Jeremiah released a video featuring church members giving testimonies about the miraculous effects of his products. However, the move has been met with skepticism, with many questioning the authenticity of the claims made in the testimonies.

The clash between VDM and Prophet Jeremiah has ignited a debate about the commercialization of divine powers and the responsibilities of religious leaders in promoting their products. As the legal battle unfolds, the public eagerly awaits the outcome, which could have far-reaching implications for the regulation of spiritual products and the accountability of religious figures.
