Rivers State Commissioner of Police Olufemi Abaniwonda
The new Commissioner of Police for Rivers State is CP Olufemi Abaniwonda, who has been recently assigned to the position. This change was effective as of a recent redeployment announced by the Inspector General of Police, Kayode Egbetokun, where CP Tunji Disu, who was previously the Commissioner of Police in Rivers State, has been redeployed to the Federal Capital Territory (FCT).
