The Nigeria Customs Service (NCS) is pleased to announce its 2024/2025 recruitment exercise. The service is seeking to fill various vacant positions across different cadres, and eligible candidates are invited to apply.

VACANT POSITIONS

The Nigeria Customs Service is recruiting to fill positions in the following cadres:

• Customs Assistant Cadre
• Inspectorate Cadre
• Superintendent Cadre

ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA

To be eligible for the Nigeria Customs Service recruitment, applicants must meet the following criteria:

• Be a Nigerian citizen by birth
• Possess a valid National Identification Number (NIN)
• Be between the ages of 18 and 30 years (for Customs Assistant Cadre) or 18 and 35 years (for Inspectorate and Superintendent Cadres)
• Possess a minimum of SSCE, NCE, Diploma, or Degree qualification in a relevant field
• Not be married to a foreigner
• Not have any criminal record or be under investigation
• Be physically and mentally fit for service

AVAILABLE POSITIONS AND REQUIREMENTS

Below are the available positions and their corresponding requirements:

• Customs Assistant Cadre:
  • Driver: SSCE with valid driver’s license
  • Accounts: OND/HND in Accounting or related field
  • Audit: OND/HND in Accounting or related field
  • Other roles: SSCE, NCE, Diploma, or Degree qualification in a relevant field
• Inspectorate Cadre:
  • Inspector: HND/degree in a relevant field
  • Assistant Inspector: OND/HND in a relevant field
• Superintendent Cadre:
  • Superintendent: Degree in a relevant field
  • Assistant Superintendent: HND/degree in a relevant field
