RED PEN STILL WITH ME, GOVERNOR FUBARA ASSURES RIVERS PEOPLE OF MORE DEVELOPMENT IN 2025
Rivers State Governor, Sir Siminalayi Fubara, has reassured the people of Rivers State of his commitment to bringing more development to the state in 2025. In his New Year’s message, Gov. Fubara declared that the “red biro” is still filled and in his pocket, symbolizing his readiness to sign more projects into reality.
While attending a crossover service in his hometown, Opobo, Gov. Fubara emphasized the importance of giving thanks to God for the gift of a new year. He wished the people of Rivers State a prosperous 2025, assuring them that the year will be greater.
“My dear people of Rivers State, I am delighted to stand before you today to give thanks to God for the gift of a new year,” Gov. Fubara said. “As we begin this new year, I want to assure you that we will continue to work tirelessly to bring more development to our state. The red biro is still filled and in my pocket, ready to sign more projects into reality.”
The governor’s message was reinforced by the Bishop of the Niger Delta Diocese of the Church of Nigeria, Rev. Dr. Emmanuel Oko-Jaja, who stressed the need to sing a new song for all that the Lord did in 2024 as a prelude to 2025.
