Delta Plane Overturns While Landing at Toronto Airport, 18 Injured
A dramatic incident unfolded at Toronto Pearson Airport on Monday afternoon when a Delta Air Lines plane overturned while landing, leaving 18 people injured. The incident occurred amidst windy conditions following a snowstorm, and fortunately, none of the injuries were life-threatening.

The plane, a CRJ900 aircraft operated by Endeavor Air, was flying from Minneapolis-St. Paul International Airport with 80 passengers and four crew members on board. Witnesses described the scene as chaotic, with the plane landing sideways and then flipping over.
“I was on the plane, and it was like a rollercoaster,” said one passenger. “We landed, and then the plane just flipped over. It was terrifying.”
Emergency responders quickly arrived at the scene, and all 18 injured passengers were taken to nearby hospitals. Two people were airlifted to trauma centers, and a child was transported to a children’s hospital.
