Access Bank, UBA, Zenith, Fidelity Bank, OPay Issues NIN/BVN Linking Deadline
Access bank, UBA, Zenith, Fidelity, GTB, and other financial institutions In Nigeria have issued the 1st of March 2024 as final warnings to its customers about the deadline to provide and link their NIN/BVN to avoid decline of transaction.
The message reads “Dear Customer, the Central Bank of Nigeria (CBN) has mandated that all tier 2 and 3 bank accounts must have a Bank Verification Number (BVN) and National Identity Number (NIN) and all tier 1 bank account must have either BVN or NIN to remain operational Visit any Access Bank branch near you to link your BVN and/or NIN to your account before March 01, 2024, to enable you transact seamlessly on your account.
