1 Senator, 2 Reps Member Dump LP, ADC, Join APC

In a surprising turn of events, a federal lawmaker representing Imo East Senatorial District, Ezenwa Onyewuchi, has decided to leave the Labour Party (LP) for the greener pastures of the All Progressives Congress (APC). Onyewuchi, who previously served as the Deputy Governor of Imo State, cited a desire for a more progressive platform as his reason for switching allegiance.
Not to be outdone, a member of the House of Representatives, Salman Idris, also decided to ditch the African Democratic Congress (ADC) for the APC. Idris, who represents the Kaura Namoda/Birnin Magaji Federal Constituency in Zamfara State, expressed his excitement about joining the ruling party and contributing to its success.
The APC seems to be the party of choice for those looking to switch allegiances. With the recent influx of new members, the party is poised to consolidate its position as the dominant political force in the country.
