God stopped naira from falling to ₦10,000 per dollar because of our prayers — Pastor Adeboye
Pastor Enoch Adeboye, the General Overseer of the Redeemed Christian Church of God (RCCG), has attributed the stabilization of the Nigerian currency, the Naira, to divine intervention.
During a sermon at the RCCG’s Holy Ghost Service, Adeboye stated that God halted the Naira’s free fall to ₦10,000 per dollar in response to prayers.
“God has been gracious to Nigeria… The Naira was almost hitting ₦10,000 to a dollar, but God intervened because of your prayers.”
Adeboye emphasized the power of prayer in shaping Nigeria’s economy and encouraged continued intercession for the nation’s prosperity.
This statement highlights the significance of faith in addressing national challenges and underscores the influence of religious leaders in shaping public discourse.
